The Cascades development launches at Finchley Park

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm the completion of The Cascades. Developed by their subsidiary Formation Design & Build, this high-end residential development provides 22 new dwellings ranging from one to three bedrooms. Each has a private terrace, underground car parking and a large communal garden screened by mature trees. The site backs onto a conservation area, and the design of the elevations and choice of materials reflect this. The facade steps back to pick up on the surrounding buildings’ clear eaves line and prevent overshadowing. The development utilises low carbon sustainable design and renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaic panels on the roof.
