Landmark residential development completes at 34 Wembley Hill Road

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm the completion of the landmark site at 34 Wembley Hill Road. Developed by the group’s subsidiary Formation Design & Build, the project entailed the demolition of an existing office block and replacement with a new build construction over 21 floors. This development has provided 198 new homes alongside two commercial units on the ground floor. The site also features a lower level car park, a communal podium level roof garden for residents, and access to an integrated gymnasium and cinema.
