Regeneration plans for Queensway House include public arcade and 32 new homes

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm that its subsidiary Columbia Estates has submitted plans for the regeneration of Queensway House in Jersey.

If approved, these plans would see the restoration of a public walkway between Queen Street and Hilgrove Street. The ground floor shops would remain, and 24 one and two-bedroom flats would be built above them. Combined with an earlier planning application, this would create 32 new homes for islanders.
