Columbia Estates sells Spencer Close and Lodge to Andium Homes in Jersey

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm that its subsidiary Columbia Estates has agreed on terms to sell the estates Spencer Close and Spencer Lodge to Andium Homes Limited (Andium) in Jersey.
