Housing-led regeneration project Pitfield Street secures future of Hackney boxing school

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm that their subsidiary Formation Design & Build has completed work on Pitfield Street. This housing-led regeneration project secured the long-term viability of a young people’s boxing school in Hackney. Working in partnership with the Lion Club, this tight, corner site has been fully redeveloped to include 19 new flats, the sale of which has funded brand new facilities for the Lion Club with the introduction of generous new basement level space.
