Multi-use development at Victoria Wharf in Bow launches

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm the build of the Victoria Wharf site is now complete. Developed by the group’s subsidiary Formation Design & Build this large new build consists of 99 residential and live-work units plus 10 commercial units. It also features a large restaurant and bar, plus a basement parking space for 50 vehicles.
