Emerald House conversion in Croydon completes

Columbia Group is pleased to confirm the conversion of the Emerald House in Corydon is now complete. Developed by the group’s subsidiary Formation Design & Build this conversion of an office block, alongside a new build, has provided 107 private apartments and car parking.
